Our accounting and auditing services conform to the quality control and professional standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

As a member of the AICPA's Private Companies Practice Section, our most recent peer review is available for public inspection.

We adhere to rigorous industry standards which require that we receive a minimum of twenty four hours in government auditing seminars in order that we may better service our local government agencies with their federal or state required audits.

We have been integral in assisting our non-profit clients in achieving higher standards.

We are also capable of assisting you with internal auditing functions. In substitution for an in-house Chief Financial Officer we can provide :

• Preparation of custom-designed interim and year-end financial statements.

• Budgeting and cost control.

• Alternative accounting and reporting methods.

Estate Tax Return Preparation

We have experience preparing federal and state estate tax returns. The tax laws are always changing each year and we are qualified to keep up with the changes necessary to prepare these returns.
